Learn how to provide Vivun Support access for assistance with troubleshooting in VivunAI and Salesforce.

You can submit tickets to Vivun's support team and access various how-to, FAQ, and best practices documentation and videos here in the Vivun Help Center. This article outlines how to create and submit a support ticket, as well as search and view articles, and how to grant support access to either your Vivun organization or Salesforce organization when needed.

Help Center Access

The Vivun Help Center allows you to create and submit tickets, and search articles. When you are logged in to VivunAI product, you are automatically logged into Vivun's Help Center. Navigate to VivunAI Login Page to login and get access to the Help Center.

View Articles

Once logged into VivunAI, you have access to all of Vivun's user documentation. This includes how-to articles, best practices, FAQs, and more. The content is organized by Collections and folders. You can also use the Search feature to quickly locate articles or tickets based on your search terms.

Submit Tickets

You can submit tickets right from VivunAI or in the Vivun Help Center.

From VivunAI

  1. Click the question mark in the upper-right to open the Vivun help widget.

  2. Select Support Tickets under Create a ticket.

  3. Enter your details and click Create Ticket.

From Vivun Help Center

  1. Click the magnifying glass in the lower-right of your screen to launch the help widget.

  2. From the widget, under Create a Ticket select Support Tickets.

Provide Vivun Support Access to Your Vivun Organization

Support Access allows users with the Vivun Admin permission set to safely and securely provide support access to Vivun Technical Account Managers, Support, and Engineering Teams. This enables the Vivun Teams to assist with configuration and troubleshooting. With the Support Access feature, a Hero Admin is able to specify a timeframe for granted access, ranging from one day to three weeks.

Grant Support Access

  1. Login to Vivun Settings.

  2. Select Support Access.

  3. Select a timeframe to allow Support Access from the dropdown.

  4. Click Enable Access.

Provide Vivun Support Access to Your Salesforce Organization

Granting access to your Salesforce Org allows you to safely and securely provide support access to the Vivun Support team. This enables Vivun to assist with configuration and troubleshooting. With the Support Access feature, a Salesforce Admin is able to specify a timeframe for granted access, ranging from one day to one month. Note: Your Salesforce Admin must have a Vivun Managed Package License to see Vivun Support in the 'Grant Account Login Access' section.

Grant Access in Salesforce Lightning

  1. Login to Salesforce.

  2. Select your avatar > Settings in the upper right corner.

  3. Enter ‘Grant’ in Quick Find and select Grant Account Login Access.

  4. Set the Access Duration for Vivun Support.
    Note: If the Salesforce Admin does not see Vivun Support listed here, they need a Vivun Managed Package License.

  5. Click Save.

Grant Access in Salesforce Classic

  1. Login to Salesforce.

  2. Select Your Name > My Settings in the upper right corner.

  3. Enter ‘Grant’ in Quick Find and select Grant Account Login Access.

  4. Set the Access Duration for Vivun Support.
    Note: If the Salesforce Admin does not see Vivun Support listed here, they need a Vivun Managed Package License.

  5. Click Save.
