Deliverables represent the work the PreSales team may be asked to complete. Examples include: Discovery, Demonstration, Proof of Concept, Value Assessment, Request for Proposal, Event Staffing, and so on.
Deliverables can relate to Accounts, Opportunities, or nothing at all (such as Event Staffing). Deliverables can also relate to multiple Hero Activities such as: Research, Review, Internal Meeting, Build, Travel, and so on. Deliverables allow users to understand the most effective way to win deals, while simultaneously understanding the effort through Hero Activities involved. For example, a Proof of Concept (POC) may require many Hero Activities from multiple people on the team to complete. With Deliverables, users can now see all of the Hero Activities rolled up to one Deliverable to get a more accurate representation of the effort required.
Create New Deliverable Type
Login to Vivun.
Navigate to Setup > Configuration.
Expand the Deliverables section.
Click + Add New.
Add the new Deliverable Field Name.
Click Save.
Add Custom Fields
Login to Vivun.
Navigate to Setup > Configuration.
Expand the Deliverables section.
Click ⚙ next to the Deliverable to add a custom field.
Click + Add New Field for either Default Hero Activities or Custom Fields.
Select the Custom Field from the dropdown.
Click Save.
