Hero Salesforce Managed Package 2.2
The Managed Package 2.2 Release includes the following features, enhancements, and resolved issues.
Reminder: When installing a Hero by Vivun Managed Package into your production org, select Install for Admins Only.
Important Note: There are a number of retired process builders in the Vivun Managed Package that no longer serve any function, but previously could not be removed due to Salesforce restrictions. In order to avoid potential issues in Hero as a result of these active retired process builders, Vivun recommends marking each as inactive in Salesforce.
Enhancements
Vivun's code base is updated to reduce CPU timeout errors and protect against recursion for apex triggers, which is the process of executing the same task multiple times.
Bug Fixes
Error messages that previously appeared when submitting a Team Member Request if a TMR rule was configured to trigger an error and prevent submission did not accurately reflect the reason for the error generation. Now, the generated error message when submission of a TMR is prevented provides accurate context.
The Percent Complete for Account, Opportunity, and Product Gaps previously did not update across all records, but update as expected moving forward.
PreSales Stage was spelled incorrectly in the initial vh2 package, but is now correct.
Some users were previously unable to submit Team Member Requests and received an error in both Salesforce and Hero if the conditions within a TMR rule were empty. Now, users can successfully submit TMRs as expected.
