Vivun Settings

Introduction

Vivun Settings allows you to configure your Vivun Profile.

Login to Vivun Settings

You can access Vivun Settings three ways:

My Profile

Depending on your permissions, you can view and edit your Vivun Profile. From My Profile, you can see your Job Title, Username, and your configured Vivun Login options.

Update Personal Information

  1. Login to Vivun Settings.

  2. Select My Profile.

  3. Update your Job Title or Username.
    Important Note: If you use Username & Password to login to Vivun, changes here apply to your login information.

Update Login Connections

⚠️Important Notes:

  • The login options that appear are based on your organization’s configuration.

  • You must have at least one login enabled at all times.

  • If you are a VivunAI user, the Salesforce login option should always be enabled.

  1. Login to Vivun Settings.

  2. Select My Profile.

  3. Connect or Disconnect logins:

    • Click Disconnect for connected logins you wish to remove.

    • Click Connect for connected logins you wish to add.

Add Organizations

If you have access to multiple Vivun Organizations–such as production, staging, and UAT–you can add them here and switch between them in Vivun. Five of your most recent logins in the current browser appear, whether or not you are signed in.

  1. Login to Vivun Settings.

  2. Click your avatar in the upper right.

  3. Click Log in to new organization.

  4. Enter your email address, then either:

    • Select the organization you want to add and login to, or

    • Click Know your Organization Name? And manually enter the Vivun Organization Name.

Remove Organizations

Note: You must have at least one Organization connected.

  1. Login to Vivun Settings.

  2. Click your avatar in the upper right.

  3. Click X next to any organization to remove.
    Note: This does not remove the organization from your browser’s cache.

Support Access

  1. Login to Vivun Settings.

  2. Select Support Access.

  3. Select the duration for Support Access from the dropdown.

  4. Click Enable Support Access.
