Some of Vivun’s suggested reports require Custom Report Types in Salesforce. The instructions below provide the steps to create a Custom Report Type to get the Opportunities with or without Hero Activities for the SC Attached vs. Non-Attached Win Rate % Report.

Getting Started

  1. Login to Salesforce.

  2. Select Setup.

  3. Search for and select ‘Report Types’ in Quick Find.

  4. Click New Custom Report Type.

Note: Contact your Salesforce Admin if you do not see this option.

  5. Enter the following:

    • Primary Object - Opportunities

    • Report Type Label - Opportunities with or without Hero Activity

    • Description - This report shows Opportunities with or without Hero Activity.

    • Store in Category - Opportunities

    • Deployment Status - Deployed

  6. Click Next.

  7. Click (Click to relate another object) under the primary object block.

  8. Select ‘Hero Activities’ as the B object from the dropdown.

  9. Select ‘“A” records may or may not have related “B” records.’

  10. Click Save.
Verify your report type is now available when creating a new report under Reports.
