Vivun Settings allows Administrators to manage their organization by defining login and access settings, grant support access, and define users and teams. It also allows non-Admin users the ability to set personal preferences based on their organization’s configuration such as authentication method and their name and title. The authentication method(s) that appear for a user is based on what is set at the organization level by a Vivun Administrator.
Login to Vivun Settings
You can access Vivun Settings three ways:
From Vivun, select your user icon > Vivun Settings,
Navigate to id.vivun.com/settings, or
Once logged in, from id.vivun.com, click your initials in the upper-left.
Organization
Update Display Name
You can change the display name of your organization at any time. The organization display name is not case sensitive and can include hyphens, dashes, and numbers, however, no spaces or other special characters can be used.
Licenses
You can view your license count for each Vivun module here, which reflect the total assigned based on user roles and permission sets.
Login to Vivun Settings.
Select Licenses.
Authentication
As an Organization Admin, you have the ability to set the login parameters for users in your organization. An organization can have multiple authentication options enabled. For help logging in, see Login and Access Vivun.
Important Note: If you are a VivunAI customer, the Salesforce login method option must be enabled.
VivunAI users are assigned a Vivun Permission Set and a Vivun Managed Package during initial installation. Once assigned, you can access the Vivun Web App.
Vivun uses the following login options:
Username and Password
OAuth Social Login with:
Salesforce - Your Admin connects the associated Salesforce org that uses Vivun for PreSales Operations/Product-Field Alignment, which is used to authenticate all users.
Note: Gap Users can only access Vivun through the Vivun Chrome extension or Salesforce.
Access to PreSales Operations and Product-Field Alignment
PreSales Operations and Product-Field Alignment module access is based on assigned User Permission Sets.

Enable Login Method
As an Admin, you can enable or disable login methods for your users.
Username and Password Login
⚠️Important Note: If this login method is enabled, and then later disabled, any user that only has this login method configured will be locked out. Vivun recommends confirming with your users prior to disabling this login method.
Login to Vivun Settings.
Select Authentication.
Click Connect next to Username & Password.
Salesforce Login
Tip: Be sure to login to your Salesforce organization prior to logging into Vivun’s PreSales Operations or Product-Field Alignment, as Vivun uses a social login with Salesforce to authenticate your credentials.
Important Note: In Salesforce, the OAuth Policies must allow permission for users to access the Vivun Extension App under Connected Apps. You can either select All users may self-authorize or individually allow individual users or profiles.
Login to Vivun Settings.
Select Authentication.
Click Connect next to Salesforce.
Click Connect in the confirmation modal to redirect to Salesforce.
Enter your username and password for the Salesforce Organization to connect.
Disable Login Method
As an Admin, you can enable or disable login methods for your users. You can only disconnect a login method if you have more than one enabled; at least one login method must be active at all times.
Login to Vivun Settings.
Select Authentication.
Click Disconnect next to the login method to disconnect.

Support Access
Support Access allows you to safely and securely provide support access to any module in Vivun for Vivun Technical Account Management and Support team members. Once the duration expires, access is removed.
Grant Access
Login to Vivun Settings.
Select Support Access.
Select a timeframe to allow Support Access from the dropdown.
Click Grant Support Access.
